Hotelga 2025 will bring together the entire value chain, with 45 new companies and an area 35% larger than the previous edition, which already has all the spaces full. Organized by AHT, FEHGRA and Messe Frankfurt Argentina, the exhibition will present the latest trends, innovative products and a varied agenda of talks and exhibitions.
With the aim of elevating the experience of the HORECA sector and continuing to evolve, the new Specialty Coffee Area is presented, designed jointly by Motofeca and Caffettino to live the experience of specialty coffee from the origin to the cup. There, professionals from the sector with great experience will give talks and training. In addition, those who tour the space will find products and innovations such as accessories, coffee makers, industrial equipment and preparation methods designed for cafeterias, restaurants, roasters and hotels that seek to elevate the coffee drinking experience.
Likewise, this edition will have an exclusive space of Wines of Argentina, where internationally recognized wineries from Mendoza and the Argentine Northwest will be presented. It will be an ideal place to discover labels, contact suppliers and learn from leading sommeliers and winemakers, who will share the secrets of the ideal pairing to include in the most prestigious menus.
As in the previous edition, different provinces will participate with their own stands, where they will exhibit their tourist proposals. In this way, the federalization of the event that connects suppliers and professionals from all over the country is reaffirmed, providing them with the possibility of developing their businesses and generating commercial ties.
