The competition is aimed at professional Argentine chefs with at least 5 years of experience, currently working in a restaurant, hotel, or catering company, with a minimum of 4 years in their current role, and affiliated with FEHGRA and/or the Association of Tourism Hotels of Argentina (AHT).

We are currently in the final stages of the qualifying rounds being held across the country. To date, the competition has already visited over 14 locations, with the participation of more than 170 chefs.

As a result, 22 teams will be selected to reach the grand final. The candidates participating in the final stage will travel with their assistant, representing their province in the Grand Final organized by FEHGRA within the framework of Hotelga 2025. The event will take place at La Rural Predio Ferial, in the City of Buenos Aires, from August 27 to 29.
