This event, organized by FEHGRA (Hotel and Gastronomy Business Federation of Argentina), promotes and showcases Argentine cuisine with a focus on continuous quality improvement and a commitment to professional development.
The competition is open to Argentine professional chefs with at least 5 years of experience, currently working in a restaurant, hotel, or catering company, with a minimum of 4 years in their current role, and affiliated with FEHGRA and/or the Association of Tourism Hotels of Argentina (AHT).
The qualifying rounds determine the candidates who, alongside their assistants, will represent their province in the Tournament's Grand Final organized by FEHGRA in Buenos Aires.
