Organized into thematic areas, the talks will cover Economy and Politics, Investments, Technology and Cybersecurity, AI in Hospitality, Sustainability, and gastronomic trends. To achieve this, they will feature experts from both the business sector and government authorities, as well as representatives from national and international associations.
