Supported by the AHRCC (Association of Hotels, Restaurants, Confectioneries, and Cafés), and in collaboration with the Buenos Aires Tourism Board and the Ministry of Economic Development of the City of Buenos Aires, an event will be held on August 29th.
The event will bring together leaders in Argentine cuisine and experts from various fields to explore new forms of collaboration in hospitality and to project the future of the industry.
The program includes talks and debates with the goal of fostering education, research, and creativity. Throughout the day, participants will exchange experiences and knowledge to promote innovative techniques that contribute to the development of gastronomy and the hotel industry. The event will also address potential synergies between different disciplines to define joint strategies in a context of constant transformation.
